LichtaWork provides a SaaS platform for creative agencies to manage projects, clients, and billing. Our services are currently in beta and subject to change. By joining the waitlist, you agree to receive product updates via email.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use our services. By using LichtaWork, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Account Responsibilities

When you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LichtaWork shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
